We've meticulously worked on every intricate detail, from redesigning
the facades to completely reimagining the interior. The villa astounds
with its expansive open layout, including a spacious living area and
kitchen that open up to a cozy backyard.

Here you will find a terrace area, an outdoor kitchen, and an appealing swimming pool. The second floor surprises with four bedrooms, each equipped with its own walk-in closet and bathroom.

We've made significant changes to the interior of this unique villa, redesigning it in a modern style. When creating the new design,
we paid special attention to using calm tones and noble materials.

The result is an atmosphere of coziness, luxury, and modern style in every room. EDGEWATER VILLA has become a beautiful blend of elegance and functionality.

This villa was initially built using frame construction, and we commenced the reconstruction process. However, one of the most significant and challenging parts of this project was obtaining permits from the city administration for altering the building facades.

This stage required not only the ability to bring design ideas to life but also skills in interacting with governmental authorities and adhering to all regulatory requirements. Despite the difficulties, our team successfully overcame these obstacles.
