We position the house on the site, taking all its characteristics into account. We consider how you will live in the house and organise the spaces into functional zones.

We create a 3D visualisation of the house.

We develop the spatial layouts, including specifications for floors, walls and ceilings, and furniture layouts for each room.

We detail the facade construction, including the number and placement of windows and glazed areas. We plan the positioning of rainwater downpipes and key system connections.

We calculate the quantities of materials required for construction.

We carry out geotechnical investigations and use the findings to calculate loads and design a safe structural system for the house.

We develop structural details, including masonry wall plans, lintel types, and fixing and reinforcement drawings. We also prepare construction instructions.

We specify the materials required to build the house.

We deliver the project with trusted, reliable contractors who have many years of experience. We monitor progress against the schedule and oversee the quality and accuracy of the work.

We also provide design supervision when you appoint your own contractor. In this arrangement, our role in overseeing construction is more limited, but we check that the work follows our architectural design.

We meet with you to discuss your wishes, requirements, preferred style, budget and project schedule. We study the space's architecture, dimensions and lighting conditions, and consider your specific needs. We assess the design opportunities and constraints.
