Villa Terrazzo combines two buildings on a 1,500 m² site: a 250 m² main house and a 300 m² workshop building. Their combined floor area is 550 m², which should be distinguished from the area of the main house.

The ARTS BURO project includes parking and outdoor spaces with a pool, barbecue, seating and a fire-pit area. Residential and creative activities occupy separate buildings connected by the shared site.
