Is a concept enough to build a house?
A concept establishes the spatial and visual direction. Construction requires further development and an appropriate set of architectural, structural and building services documents.

Plans, elevations, sections and relevant details establish dimensions, material decisions and glazing arrangements. The required deliverables and level of detail are agreed in the brief and contract.

Architecture is coordinated with the relevant disciplines. Structural and building services work follows the agreed scope, available information and requirements of the project location.
