At this stage, we determine the overall exterior appearance and internal layout of the future house. Additionally, we work on floor plans and the placement of the house and other structures on the plot.

At this stage, we delve deeper into architectural solutions and designs based on the previously agreed-upon concept. We pay particular attention to elements such as windows, doors, facade materials, roofing materials, structural materials, and other project details.

Our detailed drawings also include comprehensive specifications of all construction materials and components to be used in the project. This allows ensuring precise compliance with the concept and layout, as well as guaranteeing high quality and consistency throughout the construction process. We believe that each residence is unique, and therefore, we approach the development of working drawings individually, taking into account the needs and preferences of the client.
